RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Monstercars

All returns must be approved within 15 days of the buyer’s receipt of the product
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice for the products being returned. All product shortages must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product
ANY special order, closeout or product discounts are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have placed an order by phone, fax or online and need to cancel the order for any reason.

If the order has not already been shipped, we can easily cancel your order and you will be refunded in full.
If your order has already been shipped, you must refuse the shipment or return the product and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All other charges will be credited once we receive the returned product in new unused condition.

CLARIFICATIONS:
If any of the goods you ordered are not available, then we will contact you, via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, to inform you of the possible delivery time.
In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request cancellation of your order or the specific product. Any remaining order you may have may be executed normally.

Cash on delivery

• Shipments are made by Courier. Additional cash on delivery cost €4.40
• Payment by cash on delivery.

Package weight

• Up to 2 kilos the shipping cost is €7
• For each additional kilo the shipping cost is + €2
• For purchases of €250 and above the shipping is free.
